The hotel is well-maintained and beautifully appointed with very efficient staff at request. It has perfect and nice location to see much of the beach, in a beach area. There is L'ottavo Vizio serving quick meals 5 mins walk from the venue: D

Excellent quality and absolutely superb breakfast with a huge variety of options. Simple check-in and late check-out.- Shuttle to-and-from the hotel.- Great pool.- Great and fab location for hiking the stunning trails of La Cinque Terra and easy access to boutiques and a supermarket

I found the reception staff were very helpful and friendly. They spoke excellent English. The breakfast buffet was outstanding both in terms of quality and choice. Location was perfect with lots of restaurants and shops nearby. Rooms were modern and light and airy. The roof top terrace was great for pre dinner drinks.

Lovely hotel, excellent comfort. Delicious meals with buffets exceeding expectations. Beautiful & inviting roof top with fabulous views & perfect for lounging or dining. Claudia is delightful, warm & friendly. Accommodating staff. Perfect location to beach, shopping & restaurants. Within 10 minutes walking to train station or 10 euro by taxi. Our stay was perfect, thank you!

The location is amazing, just 700 feet from Bagno Vespucci, and the modern room with extremely comfortable beds is great.

Our stay there was very nice. Pleasant hotel was immaculately clean, the location was excellent and unbeatable. The place had a quiet atmosphere. We stayed for 5 nights and appreciated the room, which was tastefully decorated. Regarding service, it was very efficient with a shuttle to-and-from the venue. Moreover, we parked the car right outside.

Appreciated its large and modest rooms. The beds were extremely comfy and the view of the sunset was stunningly beautiful. The service was very efficient with parking nearby.

Rooms had clean towels, toiletries, and balconies for a nice touch 🛀. The location was great, with plenty of good restaurants nearby.

The location is perfect for both sea and city. If you want the sea its on your doorstep, and if you want the cities they are just a train journey away. The staff are extremely friendly and very efficient, expecially Francesca on reception. There are numerous restaurants close by to suit all pockets and the shopping is excellent. The food in the hotel, however, is excellent. Both at breakfast and in the restaurant. All in all we had a great holiday and we would definitely recommend this hotel, and will most certainly return.

The only thing we would have like to see is a coffee machine in the room.

Very limited dinner Menu. Unexciting food. Restaurant seating arrangement uncomfortable. Breakfast could be better.
